INSTRUCTIONS: When you click on DOWNLOAD please wait for 5 seconds and then click on "Continue". Close any popups that might open. The correct site is 4Shared. 4Shared requires for you login to your account to download. Create a new account if you don't have one. Download all the parts. Rick-click on EACH part and extract them with Winrar or 7-Zip. The first part contains the game and the other parts have all the characters. After you have extracted all parts, copy all characters into the chars folder found in the game folder.
