Yes. You need to download all 3 parts. Then put them on the same folder. Right-click on the first part and click on "Extract here". You need to have WinRAR to extract the files.

All I can say is that MUGEN 1.1 is very buggy and you can have many different errors. If you want bug-free experience, you should play MUGEN 1.0

After extracting gave 2 clicks in Mugen.exe then Run there appears what is in the image

In the data folder, open mugen.cfg with notepad and reduce the resolution of MUGEN. Under Video change width and height into sth smaller.

everything that had blacked 1280x720 and put 1024x768 , 800x600 , 640x480 and then saved none of these resolutions worked
after that I tried to open and the screen size remained the same .
It is as if the document had not been saved and the error message is the same .
